3.2. Ship from Europe: All orders will be delivered to your door by local logistic service, such as DPD, GLS, DHL etc, from local warehouses.

Are the batteries brand new?

The batteries with no NEW label are prototype batteries that means the batteries underwent multi-time discharging and charging cycles during manufacturer tests, and dismantled from trial battey packs, but all the batteries have good consistency based on the measurements of cell’s voltage, capacity, impedance, etc. As well as selected carefully and well coupled before shipment. Labeling as NEW are brand new ones.
